Executive - Manager (Sales/Marketing)
Marketing/PR - Branding/Strategic Marketing
Develop the annual 360-degree marketing strategy including PR/Communications, direct marketing, and digital/online marketing.
Define and implement a strategic media plan (offline and online)
Optimize the media/PR exposure to increase the company’s awareness and visibility
Implement a digital roadmap (search, display, website, SNS) and omnichannel strategy
Develop strong e-commerce site by planning and executing robust digital marketing strategy
Develop strong direct marketing plan (email, catalogue mailing, and in-store events) to increase customer loyalty
Analyze and reportthe E-commerce site performance and direct marketing campaigns/promotions to develop future marketing plan.
Manage customer database
Liaison between HQ marketing team and Japan PR communications team with responsibility for overall management
Control and manager overall marketing budget
Establish strong relationship with HQ marketing team and HQ e-commerce /CRM team, Japan MD, Retail and Retail Operation team.
Lead and develop Marketing team
