Job Description HCL is a foreign-affiliated tech company that provides ICT services in more than 40 countries.

HCL Japan employs bilingual recruiters who are mainly in charge of recruiting infrastructure businesses.

You will be in charge of the following tasks mainly in cooperation with the global team.

You will be in a long-term contract employee position and will start your work mainly through OJT!

Due to Japan business expansion, HCL Japan is hiring an entry level recruiter to handle hiring activities in infrastructure business.

You ’ll work closely with local / global stakeholders and gain experience as a corporate recruiter, reporting to global team in India!


Roles and Responsibilities:

· Create and update job descriptions and job specifications.

· Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards / social media channels and amongst internal employees to target referrals.

· Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc.

· Screen candidates resumes and job applications.

· Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools / methods to filter candidates within schedule.

· Liaison with different stakeholders and ensure smooth coordination of interviews in timely basis.

· Ensure closure of open requirements in defined SLAs.

· To create and maintain rapport with different stakeholders, such as vendors, internal stakeholders, like delivery teams, BGV teams, etc.

· Assess applicants ’relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes.

· Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated.

· Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices.

· Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team

· Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.

Requirements: Requirements:

· Nice to have --provided work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter)

· Strong ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress etc.)

· Nice to have --hands on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check etc.)

· Ability to organize skills assessment centers (in tray activities, work samples, psychometric and IQ / EQ tests, etc.)

Languages known: Native level of Japanese and business level of English
