BiOS is looking for skilled desktop support engineers to join international support team servicing one of our highly regarded Global clients and provide extended standard services as follows:
・Break fix / swap service
・Advance and individual support (events / travel / advice / training etc.)
【Key Features of Executive Support】
・End- to -end support for all nominated ES (the abbreviation for 'Executive Support') users for incidents and requests
・Single point of contact and dedicated technicians on call
・Uniform contact number or option for direct contact on site
・Coverage or on-site support for important VIP events with an agreed number per year.
・Globally oriented model to support travel for VIPs
・Increased request activity to enable custom activities like personalization, backup, and restore.
・Rapid changes to devices, operating systems and applications are possible
・User training and support for changed / new devices or software
・Advice on Hardware / Software for ES users
・Fulfillment of activity for individual requests
・Handling of non-standardized inquiries, including project support especially for ES users.
・Management of the spare parts warehouse for a quick exchange or spare parts service if required
・Updating the asset data
・Maintenance of the ES- specific user manuals
・Remote support via on-call service
・Proactive maintenance and planned incident avoidance in agreed time windows to check device / application problems.
・Preparatory travel support - checking the most important devices for the travel and support of major presentations / meetings in person or remotely
Mon-Fri 9:00-18:00 (60-minutes break)
・Highly qualified, professional technicians with higher technical skills and good soft skills (e.g. professional handling of confidential information)
・Ability to acquire relevant knowledge about managers and their IT equipment.
・Soft skills for daily interaction with the VIPs,
✓Be able to understand when to speak to a VIP or not (or when the VIP can and should not be disturbed)
✓Be able to develop a relationship with the VIP as a single point of contact.
✓Professional appearance (representation of competence, appropriate manners, appropriate demeanor)
・High resilience and good handling of stress
・Customer focus, kindness, commitment , reliability
・Very good communication skills
