Property/Real Estate - Asset Valuation/Acquisition
Responsible for the following operations for the new development of logistics facilities
・ Search for development sites (business companies, trust banks, brokerage companies, etc.)
・ Market analysis (target tenant analysis), building planning,
・ Creation / verification of business plan / business balance
・ Condition negotiation, contract and settlement delivery
・ In principle, one person in charge will search for the land, create a business balance, and acquire the land.
・ Other departments will search for specific tenants and explain to investors.
[Aim of adoption]
Approximately 5-6 projects are invested annually, with an investment amount of approximately 100 billion yen.
As we plan to continue expanding our business in the future, we are considering further increasing the number of employees.

・ More than 3-5 years of experience in real estate development, planning and investment projects
・ Those who can plan, propose, and execute improvement of business balance and product quality that leads to it
・ Clarify the direction, vision, and issues of the project
Those who can commercialize (marketing, income and expenditure examination)
・ Experience in planning large-scale properties, urban development, etc., and realizing new ideas
(No experience in logistics facility development required)
