Job Description (今回募集のHRBPの主な担当部門は営業部門の予定です。) HRビジネスパートナー(HRBP)として、担当するビジネス部門において、様々なHR施策やHRプロセスが確実に機能するよう全般的なサポートを提供する。(研修、人材開発、パフォーマンスマネジメント等を含む。) ピープルマネジメントや人材に関するさまざまな案件の対応について、ラインマネージャーをサポートする。 担当部門における採用案件について、リクルーティングCOE(採用チーム)と協働で対応する。 担当部門社員の給与変更、ジョブグレード変更決定をサポートする。 担当部門のビジネスや人材に関わる様々な課題を把握・分析し、担当役員に提言する Secure the integrated and coherent implementation of various HR initiatives, processes, and organization initiatives for managers and employees in respective divisions Provide support and challenge on issues related to cyclical HR events including talent management and performance management Coaching and supporting line managers on issue relating to performance management and talent issues Identify learning needs for training through the business and liaise with the COE Educate, coach and support line managers in people management activities Engage with Recruiting team to provide input and review progress of hiring actions Provide compensation support including salary planning, approval of salary actions, promotions and job grading Have an arbitration role in sensitive conflicts which involve managers, employees, etc.

Requirements
6年以上の人事経験(かつ、2つ以上の人事ファンクション経験) ステークホルダーとの関係構築力、対人関係力、コミュニケーションスキル 様々なレイヤーの社員・役員と対話し、影響力を発揮できる力 労働基準法知識 ファシリテーション、プレゼンテーションスキル 分析的視点、データから課題を特定する力 他者と協働する力、複雑な環境への適応力 英語力(ビジネスレベル) Minimum 6 years as a successful HR professional in 2 or more HR functions and has acquired excellent HR knowledge. Excellent relationship, interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to communicate with and influence a diverse range of people and cultures, including staff level employees, people managers, senior managers as well as executives as necessary Knowledge of employee regulation, labor related laws, compliance and ethics group standards Facilitation and presentation skills Ability to analyze and use data and insights to identify business/ people issues and facilitate decision making Comfortable working in a matrix environment and able to deliver results through others Business level English
