As an M&A consultant, you will be in charge of everything from individual consultation with potential customers to the actual conclusion of M&A.
Calculation of corporate value-setting of top interview-from acquisition price negotiation to handling the entire M&A process.
It is possible to acquire knowledge about management and financial analysis. You can engage in a series of M&A, and hope for early growth.
■About education and training system:
Since many people who have no experience in the M&A/financial industry have joined the company, we have built a fulfilling training system and the training after joining the company is substantial. You can get systematic support from an in-house support team centered on senior employees, certified public accountants and tax accountants.

■Requirement: One of the following is required
・Those who have a strong track record as corporate sales at business companies
・Experience in consulting company
・Person who has business start-up experience
～M&A expertise is not required. We welcome those who are interested in supporting SMEs~
■ Welcome requirements:
・Experience in investment banking business such as M&A and corporate finance
・Person with a certified public accountant qualification
|Japanese Level||Native Level|
|Salary||JPY - Japanese Yen JPY 5000K - JPY 12000K|
■We will decide the salary system and payment amount in consideration of experience, ability and salary of previous job.
■Average annual income 14.14 million yen
*In addition to the above, we have adopted an incentive system with no upper limit.
*The salary is increased once a year and the bonus is increased twice a year.
