Sales/AE - MR/Medical Field Sales
You will be tasked to achieve / exceed the national sales and profit targets for CORDIS.
The role will be responsible for developing long term positive customer relationships, which build loyalty
and confidence in CORDIS, promoting CORDIS Cardinal Health to be a preferred supplier.
• Achieve / exceed CORDIS sales targets for a designated territory, contributing to Cardinal Health total
sales within the region.
• Increase unit growth, profitability and market share within existing and potential customers, through
contribution to and active participation in the CORDIS regional account team and execution of key account
• Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through development and maintenance of customer
relationships, support and service.
• Improve the efficiency and effectiveness of customer delivered health care services to patients through inservice
education and training on CORDIS products
• Support the regional CORDIS and CARDINAL Health team members through a cooperative and
constructive approach to sales meetings, internal company relationships, account development and the
resolution of day to day business issues.
• Manage territory / Account information through effective, timely reports and accurate customer records
• Continuously improve product knowledge and selling related skills, to provide improved service to
customers that differentiate CORDIS from competitors.
• Manage samples and sales related expenses within the agreed forecast and/or guidelines. Maintain and
care for company equipment including PC, mobile telephone. Compliance to company policy in
management of consignment and expired stock.
• Conducts sales and business activities based on CORDIS and Cardinal Health values and Healthcare
Compliance Policy. Relationships with customers are based on high ethical standards and company
confidential information managed per company policy.

Bachelors degree preferred
Min 4 years sales experience, preferred

Proven product knowledge in business area
