Job Description You will be in charge of consulting work related to project management centered on global projects.

Participating in a global project from the perspective of a project management office (PMO), supporting the execution of all management tasks necessary for project success, such as extracting problems/risks at the project site from a third party’s perspective and providing solution support. ..
In particular, the work of supporting the decision making of the project manager (PM) is important.

・Global project management experience (PMO, PM, PL, TL)
・English ability: Business level (TOEIC 860 or above)
・Flexibility and courage for different cultures
・Self-assertion
*Specifically, experience in project management planning and promotion of progress management, issue management, risk management, change management, obstacle management, etc. in global projects
*Reading experience through direct communication with overseas project members

[Preferred experience]
・Large-scale global project experience (50 or more member management experience)
・Experience in both the ordering company and the ordering company
English Level Business Conversation Level (TOEIC 735-860)
Japanese Level Fluent(JLPT Level 1 or N1)
