Once you have acquired the basic knowledge and skills, challenge yourself to new fields. Depending on your wishes and suitability, in the future it is possible to challenge the development and consulting of our own services and new projects such as overseas business.

The company is a software development company with strengths in image processing, logistics and distribution. Under the slogan "Brave Beyond Borders (Challenge beyond boundaries and walls)," we have been actively working on new things. For example, offshore development is one of them. In addition, by utilizing the technology we have cultivated, we are also engaged in a number of in-house developed products such as imaging solutions and cloud-based warehouse management systems. To that end, we have set up a dedicated R & D center. Also, in recent years, we have started to work on nearshore development with a view to revitalizing depopulated regions. We will continue to take on challenges without fear of failure.

There is no doubt that the Japanese domestic market, which has fallen in population and is aging, will shrink in the future. To avoid being involved in excessive competition, it is necessary to escape Japan and find a way to go abroad. It has been a long time in the IT industry that the need for globalization has been screaming, but since we have no know-how anywhere, we are unable to compete in overseas markets. In that respect, the company is different. Early on, we focused on offshore development, and at the same time focused on strengthening overseas bases and recruiting human resources. Currently, we have local subsidiaries in Vietnam, Myanmar, South Korea and Cambodia. About 60% of the 780 Group employees are foreign nationals (nine countries). We are also working on overseas sales by making our own products multilingual and packaging.
