We will be in charge of project creation by conducting the following solution proposal work.
・ Sale of logistics facilities for in-house use (sale and leaseback,

・ Sale of owned rental logistics facilities
・ Effective utilization of idle real estate for logistics development (sale, leased land, joint investment, etc.)
・ Establishment of a joint private placement fund that utilizes our AM and PM functions, etc.
② In addition to the above proposal work, acquisition of individual existing logistics facilities
(Marketing, valuation, due diligence, contract / settlement, etc.)
We will also be in charge of all operations related to the sale of owned properties in Japan.
