Job Description We are currently looking for someone who can be in charge of IT support at the customer's premises.

The customer is a major foreign food-related manufacturer.

Ensure an optimal, sustainable and efficient service delivery on I.T. perspective to all users, including I.T. helpdesk and on-site support
Manage day to day support and evolution of IT infrastructures
Contribute proactively to enrich user experience.
Responsible on managing business units' I.T. daily operations and managing maintenance and development on I.T.
Build an effective organization to provide proper level of support
Ensure effective support by defining & monitoring internal SLAs and KPIs
Coordinate & implement infrastructures or systems in compliance with standards and SLAs
Manage projects to deploy / enhance solutions & procedures together with local / regional / global IS / IT teams
Contribute for improvement actions & IT innovations
Develop knowledge of infrastructure and systems with proper documentation
* A business trip occurs on a day trip (about twice a month)

* By the end of December, but may be extended depending on performance

Technical knowledge no less than by including : Windows 7 & Windows 10, Windows Server 2008/2012/2016, Cisco Products including Switch, Wifi Access Point, Wifi Controller, Outlook, Office 365, Microsoft Active Directory
