Job Description 【Summary】
As a Sales Director, you will:

■ Take the lead in strengthening the operations in Japan, while also focusing on sales and business development
■ Clearly define and execute the strategy for Japan
■ Manage the entire Japan team and directly report to the headquarters as the Japan representative
■ Apply your proposal, deal-making, and negotiation skills, backed by knowledge of the anti-fraud solutions landscape in Japan and the world, including existing technologies, regulatory drivers, market trends, value propositions, vendors, key differentiators, and service capabilities
Company Info The company is expanding its business in Japan, and you will take over the whole operations
【Main Requirements】
■ 8+ years of strong track record in sales and new business development
■ Can clearly communicate in Japanese/English, both internally and externally
■ Ability to maintain, develop, and strengthen customer relationships in a strategic partnership, enterprise, B2B, and/or B2B2C environment
■ Understand the importance of security practices within the relevant industries

A plus if you have:
■ A background in fraud and risk management
■ Payment Solutions background
English Level Fluent (TOEIC 865-)
Japanese Level Fluent(JLPT Level 1 or N1)
Salary Depends on experience
