The duties of helpdesk include but are not limited to the followings:
・ For inquiries about problems with Windows PCs, Macs, and mobile phones (Android, iOS) loaned by the company, transfer them to the necessary parties.
・ Release and exchange IT equipment at service counters.
・ Support the continuous provision of services by maintaining and supporting IT equipment installed at locations.
・ As a location pilot for IT services provided by the company, we will promptly carry out preparatory work such as verification for service provision and use guide creation.
・ Provide reusable solutions to problems that can be solved at call centers.
・ Collaborate with overseas support groups via email / SNS / chat etc. in English for information gathering and inquiries for solving problems.

・ Speak fluent Japanese and conversational English or above (Estimated TOEIC600 ~ 695 points)
・ OA skills: Excel basic functions (Pivot or composite graph creation), Powerpoint: New presentation (data processing / animation setting)
・ A person who has the ability to listen to the needs of the other party in a bright and speedy manner
・ Those who value teamwork and are supportive to other team members
・ People who are always willing to learn new technologies
・ Those who can actively approach problem analysis and resolution on their own in terms of IT support and can work on things while relying on other skills
