Your new role
As a Group Assistant, you will support 5-6 team members with their scheduling, travel arrangements, meeting coordination, and documentation. You will be a point of contact for any incoming communications, also be responsible for managing their client database and involved in engaging with other teams for business support.
What you'll need to succeed
Successful candidate should have at least 5 years of administrative or secretarial experience in insurance or financial services industry. Native Japanese and business English proficiency is a must, flexible and proactive work attitude would be a huge plus.
