Working at a major data center which provides a wide variety of services to customers. You will be entrusted with front service handling requests related to system operations from the IT department.
・Delivering primary customer services using both telephone and email
・Understand the business outline for escalation destination based on inquiries and applications.
・Appropriate customer status confirmation and escalation
・Log entries for various tickets
・Organize, manage and control all cases
・Priority assignment and understanding of each ticket

・Must be able to think logically.
・You have half a year of working experience and or business experience.
・High communication skills, you must like to communicate!
・Japanese native level and English business level (guideline: TOEIC730 points) or above.
・Data center or call center operation experience
More than six months of IT support experience
・Customer support experience and a hospitality spirit in the service industry
・Strong interest in the IT industry and data center
