As a EC manager, you will pursue "smart consumption" that provides high-quality products at reasonable prices, and will be responsible for the growth to become the world’s leading brand.
The mission is to plan and operate cosmetics brand website sales channels, including the company’s EC site.
Strategic planning and execution for the development of EC business
・ Plan and execute EC promotion plan based on marketing calendar
・ Sales promotion campaign, product special page and content planning, execution management
・ Data collection, analysis management and site optimization based on site access and visitors
・ Direction management to outsourced vendors such as system construction management and logistics / production
・ Management of team members
・ Coordination and coordination with internal departments and HQ
* Determine work in charge taking into account experience and skills

・ Experience in a consumer goods business company such as cosmetics, fashion apparel, miscellaneous goods
・ Three years or more of planning and operation experience of in-house EC site
・ English or Korean: More than everyday conversation level
* Analysis tools (Google Analytics, heat map, etc.)
・ Rakuten / Amazon site planning and operation experience
・ Team management experience and project management experience
・ System knowledge, online marketing knowledge and work experience
・ Fulfillment knowledge and experience
