【Role and Responsibilities】
The presales representative visits the existing and potential customers and works together with the sales team to drive the sales process. This is a very challenging role connected with the marketing planning and activities for Japan reinforcing our products/services.
■ Details of the position
To provide customers with appropriate solutions in collaboration with other members in response to customer requests.
① Customer service
・ Provide information to existing and potential customers, promote projects
(Defining tasks for customers, Planning, Solution proposal)
② Sales support
・ Support the sales team (Provide service and product function information)
・Create sales and marketing materials
・ Promote training plans and support product management
③ Other tasks
・ Develop demo environment and scenario settings necessary for our sales team and partners
・ Monthly reports of demonstration and internally sharing the results/issues
・ Acquire industry and product knowledge
(You are also required to participate in industry conferences, seminars and workshops)
【Expected Performance in this position】
・ Identify issues from a long-term and short-term perspective, contribute to activities to increase the efficiency of sales engineers, plan and promote Japan's Go-to-Market strategy.
・ Work closely with the Country Manager of Energy Service Group, Inc. to increase the number of projects and promote sales activities, contributing to the acquisition of projects to achieve Japan's business goals.
【Use of English】
・ English will be used for inquiries and telephone conferences with the US head office about once a week.

・ More than 5 years of sales or pre-sales experience in software, SaaS, SI industry
・ High experience of using PowerPoint and Excel
・ Business level English communication skills (reading, writing, remote meeting conversation skills)
・ Outstanding communication skills and leadership
・ High problem-solving skills, analytical skills, process-oriented thinking skills
・ Ability to deeply understand customer needs and issues
