・ Required Skills
Windows PC basic operation
MS-Office operation, input data creation
Experience of TEL support (inbound) or help desk
Business English conversational level or higher (TOEIC750 or higher)
Fluent Japanese level or higher

PC / iPad OS installation and kitting experience
Microsoft qualifications such as MS-Office and MCP
Network qualifications such as CCNA
