・Windows OSのシステム管理、およびOS設定、問題解決、MS Office、O365、ネットワークプリンタなどのアプリケーションに関する知識を含むWindows 7、10に精通
・Dell、HP、Lenovo iMAC、MAC Book Pro(デスクトップ)およびiPAD&iPhoneなどのIOSデバイスを熟知
・Windows OSアーキテクチャの理解個々のアプリケーション障害解決のため、コマンドラインの実行ができる
・Windows 7以降および、プリンタの知識

Job description
・Support Windows Desktops, Notebooks, Technical issues
・Windows 7, 10 , which includes Windows OS system administration and applications, including OS configuration, troubleshooting, and knowledge of applications including MS Office, O365, network printers.
・Desktops like Dell, HP, Lenovo iMAC, MAC Book Pro and IOS devices like iPAD, and iPhones
・Provide identification/fixing for the problems within existing systems. Troubleshooting day-to-day Windows related issues, Capable of doing root cause analysis of any specific Windows related issues,
・Well-versed in Migration Techniques from Windows to Windows and vice versa, Managed Printing etc
・Worked on ticket tool system to log User issues/support , exposure to ServiceNow is preferred
・Keep inventory updated for all deployed and decommissioned PCs
・Exposure to VIP and VVIP support and High touch support experience to end users
・VPN, PC hardware , MS office applications, SCCM, etc
・Well aware of Servers hardware, Network switches, Patch Panels, Console ports and cables etc.
・Hands-on knowledge on Audio and Video conference systems
・Liaise with Vendors for hardware issues and coordinate with them
・Good team player and open to learn new technologies
・Native Japanese Language Skills and Excellent command over written and spoken English language

Required Experience
・3+ years’ experience in Windows administration support
・Proficient with the Windows environment OS 10 & 7
・Support and handle break-fix situations on Windows and MAC Hardware
・Understanding of Windows OS architecture. Able to perform command line troubleshooting to resolve individual application failures,
・Knowledge of Windows 7 and above , Printing
・Ticketing tool
・Inventory management
・VIP and VVIP Support
・Knowledge of PC support functions
・Cross functional support ( Remote Hand and Eye) to Server and Network Teams
・Audio /Video Support
・Ensure timely follow up with Customers and Vendors
・Team Player
English Level Business Conversation Level (TOEIC 735-860)
Japanese Level Business Level(JLPT Level 2 or N2)
Salary JPY - Japanese Yen JPY 3500K - JPY 6500K

Education Training
Depends on the hiring band, project/performance-related bonus will apply (generally from 5-10 percent of total salary)
