・ Coordination of business promotion such as development
(Building consultant, advisory of redevelopment business, development practitioner in charge of development type land trust)
・ Coordinating with other parties such as design companies and general contractors as advisers of the owner
・ Proposals on effective use and disposal of real estate for customers
・ Sales support for the above
