Since global partners are located in overseas locations such as Singapore and Hong Kong, there are many exchanges in English with local staff. You will acquire skills as an engineer while making full use of your English skills!
【Example of the project】
○ Head office/branch/ store primary help desk support (Escalation destination Hong Kong)
-7 people (English / Japanese)
-Support time: 9:00-20:00 (365 days)
-PC support, POP support, IT support in general
-Nationwide store POS migration (120 stores)
○ Server construction and operation and maintenance
-Korea branch / store on-site maintenance
-Japanese and Korean help desk support
-PC / AS400 / printer hardware equipment sales and primary maintenance
○ Infrastructure operations of the information system department
-Outsourcing limited to network
-Stable infrastructure operation, troubleshooting, vulnerability handling, OS upgrade, etc.

Incentive bonuses are paid twice a year if the contract amount with the customer is above a certain level.

Incentive bonus: (700,000 x 60%-300,000) x 6 months = 720,000
The incentive for the person will be 720,000 in half a year.
