Work as a technical lead in project and co･work with Project Manager and other technical domains
‐ Work as a technical lead and coordinator in workplace specific project
‐ Work as a Tier 3 support engineer to resolve incidents together with Manager of the Workplace
‐ Work with Global technology office on standardization of technologies and infrastructure
‐ Contribute to and participate in globally･transversal technical initiatives
‐ Investigate and evaluate new technologies related to Workplace domain with contributing cost efficiency, improving customer satisfaction and assisting customers to achieve their strategic targets
‐ Implement new technologies in line with the company standards and procedures with consideration of SLA and user impact.
‐ Manage and operate currently･used products, systems and environment in a cost･effective manner.

‐ Experience as an engineer at tier 3 level support, including deployment of new technology to an enterprise environment
‐ Experience of an enterprise･level project to introduce a new technology, being engage from planning, designing, building till the preparation for operation
‐ Detailed knowledge, understanding, and experience in implementing and deploying below Microsoft technologies to an enterprise environment
・ Windows 7 ,10
・ Office 365 products
・ Internet Explorer, Edge, Chrome,
・ Windows Server 2012 and 2016
・ SCCM 2012 (Distribution of PC images, Creation of software packages)
・ Workstation management systems other than SCCM (JP1, CA products etc.)
‐ Detailed knowledge, understanding, and experience in implementing and deploying below technologies for Identity access management of an enterprise environment
・ Active Directory, MS Azure, FIM
