Customer Service - Customer Support
As Customer service, you will be responsible to provide information about their luxury products.
Online Customer Service
* Provide online customer service by phone, e-mail and chat
* Manage 'post-sale' related order issues: exchanges, complaints, claims, ...
* Assist 'pre-sales' activities: assist customers with purchases, help facilitate sales as an online shopper, ...
* Authorize store-to-store transfers
* Follow-up with delivery issues
* You have a bachelor degree
* You have minimum 1 year experience as customer service or have experience as clerk/receptionist
* You have a native level of Japanese
