Job Description Step-up Your Admin Career to the Manager Level

Your new role
This is an Office Manager position managing 8-10 office support members and reporting to senior manager overseas. You will work closely with executives in the company, take care of all administration functions and assign tasks to appropriate office support staffs. You will be in charge of some part of general affairs and facility management responsibilities as well. Also, you will support senior manager with his/her on-going project to make sure the project runs smoothly.

What you'll need to succeed
Exceptional communication and office management / administration experiences are necessary, people management skill is a huge plus. Our client is looking for someone with diverse experience with fun and outgoing personality to fit in their culture. If you are a person who could be a pilot and give good direction to people, this is a perfect role for you.
