Job Description HCL Japanでは、ビジネス拡大により、バイリンガルのセールスサポート担当者を採用しています。



 Good Knowledge of ERP module especially in SD module of SAP , Oracle or CRM based invoicing and have done implementation of Billing system
 Understanding of invoicing process and have knowledge of invoicing process including Tax in Geography.
 Ability to manage TAT for invoicing and ability to work in tight schedule and odd working hours in case of need
 Need to validate Purchase order / License agreement with invoice and raise invoice within agreed timelines
 Ensuring collection through EDI of invoice with customer and follow up on collection.
 Sales finance SPOC would be enabling to Sales folks and ensure they work collaboratively with them to ensure TAT for Order to Cash is minimal.
 Knowledge of Software industry is preferable/must and in case of Software products would be added advantage . Knowledge of GAAP for revenue is must.
 Excellent Excel knowledge and good communication skills and ability to handle senior stakeholder management
 Good knowledge of system so that would be able to train sales/ finance folks on the system and provide necessary support.
