Analyst – bilingual technical customer support

Support Customer queries and troubleshoot issues reported on Media Publishing platforms.

(1.) Cleary understand customer requirements, instructions and specifications
(2.) Create new customer accounts/ records in the CRM database with all required information regarding requirements and product details
(3.) Regularly and accurately update the customer records/ accounts as per progress of the project as per agreed SLA
(4.) Accurately update billing to the customer, invoices to be sent and recovered; and, manage financial accounts pertaining to the customer on closure of the project within the agreed timelines

· Investigate and troubleshoot issues related to end to end usage of advertisement operations tool
· Provide email based technical support to clients
· Follow the workflow & adhere to SLAs
· Maintain high CSAT

Working Hours 9AM -6PM with 1 hour break on weekdays (default, it may slightly change depends on client's work hours)

Minimum Qualification:
· B.E/B Tech (CS/IT), BCA or BSc comp

Experience: Minimum 12 months experience in a similar role

Skill requirement -
· HTML /JS knowledge
· Online Ad OPs experience
· Experience in DFP ,ADX ,DFP (preferred)
· Customer Service experience

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Native level Japanese and business level English
