In the role of a Regional Sales Manager you will be working in our exciting and dynamic Sales department, leading a team of Account Managers, Sales Engineers and Specialist. Reporting to the APAC Sales Director, for our Construction BIM vertical you will be responsible for planning and managing the assigned region’s sales operations , targets and customer.

■Create, plan and implement new sales strategy and business development
■Sell the company’s line of products, obtain leads and close sales to achieve revenue goals and create long-term purchase agreements with key accounts.
■Utilize all available resources including sales management, Inside Sales Specialists, Sales Engineers, marketing and others to advance and close sales.
■Inform clients of new products and software solutions as they are announced or released.
■Review and maintain relationships with existing customers within assigned region to grow new sales opportunities at these accounts.
■Identify and manage potential risks relating to contract agreements across customers/channels
■Provide strategic input to the Country Sales Manager. Identify and report on potential opportunities to promote sales growth.

The Company's global headquarters is located in Lake Mary, Florida, its European head office in Stuttgart, Germany. FARO's Asia Pacific regional headquarters is located in Singapore with other offices in Australia, China, India, Japan, Malaysia, South Korea and Thailand
(Mon –Fri): 9am to 5:30pm with 1-hour lunch break.

■Degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent;
■At least 10 years of experience in direct and/or indirect sales with minimally 6 years sales management background;
■Experience managing a team
■Prior experience in design software like Autocad, Solidworks, Revit etc will be advantageous
■High energy level and drive;
■Excellent communication skills;
■Multi cultural awareness;
■Flexibility to travel.
■Occasional lifting is required. Must be able to lift 20kg.
