Job Description KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Act as day to day single point of contact to clients of offshore funds providing support in resolving full range of inquiries related to fund administration and custody
• Primary liaison between clients and global servicing teams
• Proactive identification, escalation and ownership of risk controls
• Coordinate all onboarding activities to launch offshore funds which will require high communication and project management skills
• Investor onboarding including collection of KYC documents
• Coordination of custody account opening including collection of tax documents
Job
Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:

• College degree
• 1-3 years- experience in client service within the securities industry
• Knowledge of securities processing services including domestic/global custody, fund accounting, fund administration, shareholder services and settlements
• JSDA Securities License 2
• Strong oral, written and interpersonal skills in both Japanese and English
• Preferred Qualifications:
• Knowledge of the offshore funds industry in Japan
• Operational background in securities industry

Japanese Level Business Level(JLPT Level 2 or N2)
