| Job Description |
This is a professional position where you will utilize your first-class hospitality and Chinese (Mandarin) skills to work in a high-end urban environment. You will primarily serve as a bridge between clients and companies in the following two areas: 1. Executive Reception and Reception Support You will be responsible for reception and customer service at a major corporate service center, serving as the face of the company. - General reception duties (welcoming visitors, coordinating with related departments, and VIP reception guidance) - Conference room reservation management (operating dedicated systems, responding to emails and phone calls) - Product explanation assistance at showrooms (in Japanese and Mandarin) - Simple translation and inter-departmental collaboration support 2. Interpretation and Customer Service at a Cosmetic Medical Clinic (Temp-to-Perm) You will provide on-site medical support at a cosmetic clinic that serves a high-net-worth clientele. ・Interpretation during counseling and treatment (Japanese to Chinese) ・Translation of medical documents, medical records, etc. ・High-quality customer service and hospitality, including welcoming and seeing off customers ・Other related support duties *Clearance of legal changes to job duties: Job duties may change in the future. →Qualifications Chinese (Mandarin): Native level Japanese: Native level Experience: Customer service experience at a corporate receptionist, hotel, airline, or luxury brand Mindset: Hospitality mindset →Relevant Experience and Skills - Medical interpreting qualifications (domestic or international) - Experience working with high-net-worth clients - Deep understanding of Japanese culture - Study abroad experience - Administrative experience - Flexible customer service skills, including handling complaints |
