This position will be responsible for the Rakuten Group's entire engineering recruitment operations (new graduates, mid-career hires, and internships). Rakuten's technology organization is global, with members representing over 70 nationalities, so we recruit worldwide. [Job Description] In this position, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks related to the recruitment of engineers that support the Rakuten Group's growth. You will build and operate an efficient, high-quality recruitment process in a global environment, contributing to improving the candidate experience. <Major Duties> - Liaison with job seekers and recruitment agencies - Interview coordination - Recruitment process management - Recruitment procedure preparation - Preparation for overseas employees (visas, etc.) - Support for recruitment events and seminars - Offshore staff management and temporary staff management - Recruitment data analysis - Promotion of AI and automation - Building and operating the above systems [Skills and Career Path] - Leading a global recruitment team based on management experience in a small organization - Planning and executing large-scale recruitment strategies based on recruitment experience at a major corporation [Work Environment] Our team consists of members with diverse backgrounds, ranging from their late 20s to 40s. Many of our team members are foreign nationals, and we communicate in both Japanese and English. Many members focus on their work during working hours and leave work on time (the average overtime for full-time employees is approximately 20 hours). Within the group, roles such as interview coordination and onboarding preparation are divided, creating a team structure where members complement each other. | Job Requirements |
[Required Qualifications] - 2+ years of experience in a sales administration, secretarial, group assistant, or other role requiring speed and accuracy. - Business-level PC skills (Microsoft Office, etc.) *Recruitment experience is not required.
