We are seeking a highly motivated FP&A Controller with a focus on Non-Financials and Data Analytics to join our dynamic and forward-thinking finance team.

As part of the Finance & Controlling function, our team plays a key role in driving business performance by delivering monthly variance analysis, reporting, forecasting, and annual planning. We provide transparency into the financial health of our markets and products, and support top management and business partners with actionable insights that guide strategic decisions.

We work closely with Sales, Business Finance, Group Controlling, and other finance departments such as Result Controlling and Accounting. Our team is deeply committed to automation, digitalization, and advanced analytics, allowing us to focus our energy on what matters most: generating insights that move the business forward.

You’ll be joining the Contribution Margin & Reporting Team, a core unit within the Digital Finance & Business Analytics department, consisting of 6 dedicated professionals. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with the Sales organization and cross-functional finance teams to shape the future of data-driven decision-making.

Requirements		 ■ Qualification
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in FP&A, Controlling, or Financial Analysis, ideally in the automotive or manufacturing industry
- Proven expertise in contribution margin analysis and non-financial KPI reporting
- Strong background in data analytics and digital reporting
- Familiarity with the automotive industry, especially Japanese OEMs, is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint); experience with automation tools and programming (e.g., Python, RPA, UI Path) is preferred
- Experience with ERP and BI tools such as SAP BI/BW, Oracle Hyperion Essbase, Power BI; knowledge of planning solutions is a plus
- Fluent in English; Japanese language skills are a strong advantage
- Excellent conceptual thinking, analytical ability, and communication skills- Self-motivated, proactive, and collaborative team player with a strong “can-do” attitude
