Job Description
International Retail Consultant will lead the audits at the international dealer locations of FUSO and consult with the valuable business partners to improve the business process in the markets. He / She would also support the manager to create an audit methodology (incl. checklists, process improvements, audit reports etc.) and also train the regional office network colleagues on the audit methodology and process. The audit findings have to be documented along with the improvement ideas as part of a post audit report. This position involves travel to various international dealer locations and collaboration with various departments within the company located across different locations and timezones.

■ Key Responsibilities
Retail Audit:
• Support to develop an audit methodology for FUSO (incl. checklists, audit process, criteria, reports etc.)
• Lead the audits at international dealer locations and create a post audit report
• Maintain a record of all the audits to the distributors and follow up on the open topics from the audit reports
• Coordinate with the Regional office & Business Partners for the Audit plan and travel schedules
• Provide training to the Regional office network colleagues on the audit process and tools

Retail Standards:
• Provide inputs and ideas based on the various audit findings
• Support the team in creating / updating the retail standards

Retail Consulting:
• Identify the areas for business process improvement at the dealerships
• Provide consulting services to the distributors and dealers to improve the business process at the dealership
• Develop tool box for retail consulting
• Create a best practice guideline for the retail consulting

Compliance & Integrity:
• Comply with all company and location-wide regulations and guidelines (e.g., compliance, safety, and environmental protection regulations, working time regulations, etc.)
• Comply with all data protection and privacy policies and guidelines while on the audits

Requirements
■ Work Experience/Knowledge
• 2-3 years of experience in automotive sales, after-sales marketing, or network operations
• Experience in sales or after-sales at an automotive dealership is preferred
• Bachelor's degree (business administration, economics, law, engineering, etc.) or equivalent. Master's degree (MBA, etc.) preferred
• Fluent in English required. Japanese language skills preferred
