Job Description
1. In-depth knowledge of ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 requirements and dealing with suppliers for mass-produced part quality control.
2. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to interact with suppliers (domestic and international) to ensure product quality requirements.
3. In-depth knowledge of supplier audit skills for processes/systems and products.
4. Knowledge of products and manufacturing processes for engines, transmissions, and raw material components.
5. Supplier risk assessment to ensure defect-free product quality assurance.
6. Basic knowledge of the Advance Product Quality Planning (APQP) process and the Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) for effective part development activities.
7. Experience in crisis management to support production line quality issues.
