- Financial Management Function Separation (Carve-Out) Project: Oversee the separation of the financial system from the Group. Minimize the impact on operations and ensure a smooth separation.
New System Migration and Implementation: Replace the current system with a new, standalone system such as SAP Analytics Cloud.
- Operational Structure Enhancement: Support key financial functions such as risk management and cost calculation, and establish a post-separation operational structure.
- Optimization and Compliance: Monitor and optimize the performance (efficiency and scalability) of the new system, while ensuring compliance with regulations and internal control requirements.

The IT department is organized to both support core business operations and promote strategic innovation, ensuring seamless integration of the latest technologies into diverse business processes, including manufacturing and engineering.

The Sales, Customer Service & Cross-Function department is responsible for all systems and IT processes related to international sales, parts management, domestic retail, finance, human resources, and procurement.

This position will be part of a team of seven professionals across cross-functional areas such as finance, human resources and procurement, working closely with IT infrastructure and other application teams as well as relevant business departments.
