This is a key position responsible for product promotion strategies at our company, which develops innovative medical devices globally. As a member of the clinical development department, you will lead multi-channel campaigns to ensure successful product launch. <What Makes This Position Special?> ◆Global Collaboration: You'll work daily with headquarters and overseas teams to execute global campaign strategies. ◆Utilizing English: You'll be able to fully utilize English in your daily work, including meetings, reports, and coordinating with domestic and international stakeholders. ◆Cutting-Edge Medical Field: As a member of the clinical development department, you'll lead promotion strategies for innovative medical devices. ◆Career Advancement: Opportunities for mentorship and management are also available, allowing you to chart a global career path. ◆Discretion and Expertise: You'll be responsible for a wide range of responsibilities, from campaign planning to execution and analysis, and will develop your marketing expertise. <Major Responsibilities> ◆Planning and executing promotional activities for specific products and programs, as well as multi-channel campaign strategies ◆Providing direction and guidance for campaign deliverables (materials, web content, etc.) ◆Supporting the go-to-market launch of new products ◆Developing and managing promotional content (video, web, social media, etc.) ◆Supporting domestic and international events and conference exhibitions ◆Analyzing campaign performance and lead generation ◆Managing and overseeing all campaign-related activities, assigning tasks to team members, and coaching ◆Collaborating with multiple stakeholders (clinical development, branding, legal, overseas teams, etc.) to drive projects ◆Industry research and competitive analysis |

| Job Requirements |
[Requirements] ◆Bachelor's degree or equivalent academic and work experience ◆Business-level English (reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension - TOEIC score of 700 or above) ◆Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) ◆Excellent judgment and critical thinking skills ◆Strong communication skills and the ability to foster team collaboration ◆Proactive, reliable, adaptable, and able to work calmly under pressure 4+ years of related experience in one of the following areas: ◆Experience developing and executing promotional campaign strategies ◆Experience with digital/social platform operations and strategies ◆Experience with data tracking and performance analysis ◆Experience in project management, campaigns, or event management <Desired Skills> ◆4+ years of work experience in the medical device industry or product management experience ◆Clinical knowledge of medical devices (especially in obstetrics and gynecology, colorectal surgery, and general surgery) |
