Job Description 【Overview】
The company is developing a new B2B SaaS product focused on groupware, workspace, and Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions. They are currently seeking an experienced Frontend Engineer to help design and develop this product from scratch.

You will build the core UI and application logic using TypeScript, React, and gRPC. You will be expected to construct reliable, maintainable components and contribute to creating an intuitive user experience. Since the product is in its early development stages, they are looking for someone who can embrace uncertainty, is willing to experiment with new approaches, and can adapt as the product evolves based on customer feedback and business needs.

【Responsibilities】
・Collaborating with Product Managers, designers, and engineers to plan and execute engineering initiatives.
・Designing and developing new features and reusable UI components using a React-based framework.
・Implementing automated tests and maintaining comprehensive documentation.

Requirements		 【Required】
5+ years of hands-on experience with React and TypeScript.
Expertise in creating responsive web layouts and enhancing performance and security.
Expertise in writing testable code.
CI/CD experience for building testing and deployment pipelines.
Experience building backend APIs.
Hands-on experience in a workplace requiring fluent English.
Engineering role experience at a company providing B2B web services.

【Preferred】
Knowledge of web communication protocols such as gRPC, OAuth2, and OIDC.
Experience with or willingness to learn accessibility best practices in coding.
Experience building design systems.
Experience developing embeddable components/SDKs for third parties in platform businesses.
Experience implementing AI-related features, even at a hobbyist level.
