Join us as a DX/Automation Solution Consultant and play a key role in driving digital transformation and process automation across wholesale, e-commerce, and IT functions. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to analyze workflows, design and implement automation solutions, and leverage cutting-edge technologies to deliver rapid business impact.

Your missions

Analyze and diagnose current workflows by engaging with stakeholders across wholesale, e-commerce, and IT to identify inefficiencies (e.g., order processing, product data formatting)
Design and build end-to-end solutions, from quick automation scripts to scalable system integrations
Develop tools to automate manual tasks such as email-based order intake (OMS or email parsing system), product data transformation (mapping Decathlon’s format to partner-specific formats), and data synchronization between internal systems and external partners
Utilize Google Workspace (Apps Script, Sheets, Gmail), Python, Power Automate, and GCP to build lightweight, effective tools
Explore and implement AI-driven solutions (e.g., using Gemini) and coach team members on AI adoption
Collaborate within a small Tokyo-based IT team and coordinate with digital and e-commerce teams
Focus on delivering fast wins through rapid prototyping and demonstrating value early and often

Job
Requirements		 Academic background in computer science, engineering, or a related field
3–5 years of experience in software development, systems integration, or technical consulting; 2–3 years with strong technical skills may suffice
English language proficiency required
Proficiency in Python, Google Apps Script / Google Workspace automation, Power Automate or similar RPA tools
Experience with basic AI/ML concepts (experience with Gemini or similar tools is a plus)
Experience building small-scale tools or automation for business users
Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to translate business problems into technical solutions
Comfortable working independently and delivering hands-on code
English Level Business Conversation Level (TOEIC 735-860)
Japanese Level Business Level(JLPT Level 2 or N2)
