[Specific Job Description] You will be responsible for the following field service tasks as a professional for power supply products (AC UPS, DC rectifiers, etc.) and thermal management products (precision air conditioning, cooling units, etc.) essential to data centers and telecommunications facilities. Providing Technical Services: ■ Testing and commissioning (T&C) at product installation ■ Preventive maintenance (PM) to ensure stable operation ■ Troubleshooting and repair (T&M) when problems occur ■ Maintain a high level of service and contribute to improving customer satisfaction. Emergency Response: ■ Respond promptly to emergency calls based on a 24/7 on-call system. ■ Engage in working weekends, holidays, and after-hours as needed. (Note: Compensatory time off is available.) ■ Collaborate with the technical support team, other engineers, and external vendors to resolve on-site issues. Safety Management: ■ Comply with Vertiv and customer occupational health and safety (OH&S) requirements and maintain a safe work environment. ■ Use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and tools, and strictly follow safety procedures. Documentation and Reporting: ■Preparing method statements and risk assessments ■Reporting incidents and work completions to customers ■Quickly sharing information to improve business efficiency and achieve OKRs Customer Management: ■Maintaining good relationships with customers, quickly identifying issues and requests, and providing feedback to the company. ■Maintaining up-to-date technical knowledge and high-level service skills through ongoing training and on-the-job training. |

| Job Requirements |
[Requirements] ★Bachelor's degree, professional diploma, or equivalent in electrical or mechanical engineering ★Minimum 2 years of experience in field service, customer support, or related technical roles Knowledge and experience in one of the following: ★Power supply products (AC UPS, DC rectifiers, PDUs, batteries, etc.) ★Thermal management products (CRAC, HVAC, chiller systems, etc.) ★English proficiency: Business level (e.g., TOEIC 735-860) (Used for reading technical documents, email correspondence, and communicating with overseas teams.) ★Japanese proficiency: Native level [Desired Skills/Personal Profile] ◆ Experience working in critical infrastructure, such as data centers and telecommunications infrastructure ◆ Highly customer-oriented and committed to customer success ◆ Excellent communication skills (writing, speaking, and presentations) ◆ Ability to collaborate smoothly with people from different cultures and diverse backgrounds ◆ Ability to build strong relationships and long-term trust with internal and external partners ◆ Self-motivated and team-player with the ability to drive work forward independently ◆ Driven by results and action, with a passion for success ◆ Ability to organize and have excellent time and deadline management skills |
