・365-day customer service work ・Respond to inquiries from online shopping site customers via both email and chat ・Respond via email to customers wishing to sign up for our international shipping service and to inquiries from existing customers. Supported languages are Japanese and English. This position provides customer service for a service that consolidates items purchased on Japanese e-commerce sites and ships them to overseas addresses. Experience with international shipping and forwarding services is an advantage. *Training period: Approximately 2 months (including OJT) *This position will be based at a client-based center. |

| Job Requirements |
[Qualifications] Proficiency in both Chinese and English - Chinese: Business level or above (Simplified/Traditional) - English: Business level or above (Reading/Writing - Conversation not required) - TOEIC score of 850 or above, or equivalent English proficiency - Basic computer skills (basic Excel and Word) - Computer skills. Excellent typing skills (100+ characters/minute) - Ability to listen to customer inquiries and respond accordingly [Experience and Skills] * Practical experience using Chinese and English * Customer service experience preferred * Chinese language skills |
