This position involves overseeing all recruitment operations for the HR (Human Resources) department of a globally operating company. -Recruitment activities: Listening to the recruitment needs of each department, including the sales department, and planning and executing a recruitment strategy. -Recruitment channel management: Selecting and operating recruitment channels within Japan. -Selection process: Managing the entire selection process, including document screening, interview arrangements, and follow-up with accepted applicants. -Data management: Compiling and visualizing recruitment data, and creating regular business reports (using Excel and PowerPoint). -Internal collaboration: Communicating and coordinating with various internal departments regarding recruitment progress. |
