■ Job Description ・Supporting corporate users after SaaS implementation (Combination of email, chat, and phone calls) ・Identifying the true nature of issues and making optimal proposals ・Engaging with users while conducting research until issues are completely resolved ・All support for Japanese users is in Japanese, while internal documents and systems are in English ●Cases handled ・How to use the dashboard for viewing sales management, etc. ・Responding to questions during the development phase of a service with over 10 products that are updated daily ・Handling account information while taking security requirements into consideration ・Investigating and verifying the situation when payment errors occur |

■Required Experience/Skills [Language Proficiency] - Japanese: Advanced business level (JLPT N1 level or above) - English: Ability to read and write (TOEIC score of 700 or above) [Skills] - At least 1 year of customer service experience (sales, customer service, etc.) *Long-term internship experience acceptable for new graduates - IT literacy (ability to research and use IT independently) - Experience handling customer inquiries (any industry) [Foreign Work Visas] - Residents in Japan - Work visa holders or those with visas without work restrictions (permanent resident, long-term resident, spouse of a Japanese national, etc.) We only handle work visa renewals. |
