Job Description This role supports private cloud infrastructure with a focus on virtualization and containerization. You will work with experienced engineers to ensure stable and secure systems while developing your skills in cloud operations


Description

* Support management of virtualized environments under leader guidance.
* Assist in deploying and maintaining containerized applications.
* Help monitor system performance and respond to alerts.
* Document infrastructure tasks and processes.
* Collaborate with lead engineers and development teams on deployments.


Profile

A successful Cloud Engineer should have:

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
* Some exposure to cloud, Linux systems, or virtualized environments (academic, internship, or 1-2 years work).
* Basic knowledge of containerization concepts (Docker, Kubernetes).
* Strong willingness to learn and proactive communication style.
* Business-level English, conversational Japanese (or willingness to improve).

(Nice to have)

* Hands-on experience with Linux (RHEL-based distributions).
* Familiarity with monitoring or scripting tools.
