Monthly salary: ¥250,000 - ¥300,000 Breakdown: The above monthly salary includes fixed overtime pay (¥34,030 - ¥40,835 for 20 hours). Any overtime will be fully reimbursed. Salary increase: Annual Bonus: Twice a year (July and December) + Year-end bonus (based on performance) Allowances: Commuting allowance, housing allowance (according to company regulations), flat-rate allowance (personal development allowance ¥10,000/month, meal allowance ¥10,000/month, sales allowance ¥5,000/month) Benefits: Health insurance, employee pension insurance, employment insurance, workers' compensation insurance, retirement benefits |
