| Job Description |
★You will be responsible for managing sales operations at a leading connector manufacturer. <Specific Duties> Provide strategic support to the sales team. Lead the streamlining of sales processes, accurate forecasting, and effective use of tools such as ERP (e.g., SAP) and CRM (e.g., Salesforce). You will also interface with various internal departments, including sales, finance, legal, and IT, to promote operational excellence and enable data-driven decision-making. This position will play a key role in optimizing sales performance, ensuring compliance, and supporting further business expansion in the Japanese market. ● Sales Operations Management ・Manage all aspects of sales operations in Japan, including process optimization/standardization, system management/improvement, and report creation. ・Drive quarterly revenue forecasts and strategic analysis of actual results versus targets. ・Effective utilization and improvement of CRM/ERP systems. ・Provide strategic insights and business analysis to support sales planning and performance reviews. ・Resolve operational issues in collaboration with internal stakeholders. ● Sales Incentives and Target Setting ・Oversee the end-to-end sales incentive plan process. ・Work with Finance and HR to align local operations with the global framework. ・Support the annual and quarterly goal setting process and ensure compliance with audit requirements. ● Team Leadership Manage and lead the Japan sales operations team, providing guidance and support. Collaborate with global sales operations personnel to share best practices and resolve issues. Demand Forecasting Lead the creation and execution of demand forecasting processes to support sales planning and inventory management. Collaborate with sales, supply chain, and finance teams to gather market intelligence and historical data for accurate forecasting. Leverage analytical tools and ERP/CRM systems to generate data-driven forecasts and identify trends. Monitor forecast accuracy and continuously improve forecasting models and methodologies. Provide regular forecast reports and insights for strategic decision-making and efficient operations. The company's broad product portfolio allows it to anticipate customer needs.
