■ Overview You will be a skilled international sales representative driving tie-up licensing sales in the Simplified Chinese region. To expand our brand presence, you will handle IP licensing across a variety of categories, from developing and executing strategies tailored to local trends and regulations. ■ Job Description - Formulate and implement our merchandise and IP licensing strategy in the Chinese-speaking region. - Build and maintain strong relationships with licensees and other partners. - Negotiate and finalize license agreements. - Work closely with the legal team to ensure compliance with laws and company policies. - Conduct market research to understand market trends, consumer behavior, and potential expansion opportunities. - Manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables for multiple licensing projects. - Prepare and provide market trend and performance reports. We are seeking an English-speaking talent manager to drive business development for our VTuber production company! This is a rewarding role, where you will have the autonomy to promote Japanese entertainment culture overseas. |

[Requirements] - Native-level Chinese (Mandarin), business-level Japanese - Experience in tie-up sales in the entertainment (games, etc.) and consumer goods sectors - Excellent negotiation, communication, and project management skills - Ability to travel frequently to Simplified Chinese-speaking countries Preferred Skills - Experience working in an international environment, particularly in Asia - Strong analytical skills for strategic thinking and problem-solving - Experience working in multicultural teams - Business-level or above English proficiency |
