Comprehensive housing and family benefits.] ■Recruitment Background: Our department has traditionally focused on selling automotive parts, home appliance parts, and factory equipment parts. However, in anticipation of increased demand in emerging economies post-COVID, we are strategically focusing on expanding this business in overseas markets with high potential for growth (Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia, India, Mexico, etc.). To this end, we will target not only local subsidiaries of Japanese companies but also local companies, working with our local staff to identify needs and flexibly create new business. Going beyond simple trading and agency operations, we aim to strengthen our supply capabilities and further expand our international business by investing in partner parts manufacturers, establishing and operating joint ventures overseas, and directly selling our products. ■Major Business Duties: - Selling products to overseas customers (developing with Japanese companies operating overseas and local companies) and identifying overseas suppliers - Proposing and selling overseas products in the domestic market ■Products handled by the Global Business Division: Safety components for automobiles and home appliances, control equipment, electrical insulation materials, water treatment equipment, etc. ■Major Clients: Major auto parts manufacturers, major Japanese home appliance companies ■Attractive Points: To foster communication among employees, we have a "free address" system in our offices, allowing employees to work wherever they want, regardless of their position or job type.
