■ Overview As a legal officer at our company, which provides cutting-edge 2D entertainment from Japan, including the operation of Hololive Production, one of the world's largest VTuber agencies, you will be primarily responsible for the following duties. ■ Job Description - Reviewing various contracts (license agreements, outsourcing agreements, music-related contracts, etc.) - Providing internal legal consultations - Establishing and strengthening the company's compliance system - Handling defamation and libel - Researching laws and regulations and formulating and implementing strategies for new areas such as the Metaverse - Other legal matters associated with company operations (supporting meetings such as general shareholders' meetings, handling registrations, etc.) ■ Desired Profile - A candidate who shares our company's MISSION/VALUES - A person who enjoys entertainment, regardless of 2D content - A person who values teamwork - Able to think independently and take action - Able to tackle miscellaneous and detailed tasks |

| Job Requirements |
[Required Requirements] - 5+ years of experience in corporate legal affairs at a law firm or a business company - Practical experience in contract law (especially English-language contracts) - Business-level English proficiency (equivalent to a TOEIC score of 750 or higher) - TOEIC scores are not required if you have extensive experience with English-language contracts. - High-level expertise in business-related legal matters (copyright, Personal Information Protection Act, Act against Unjustifiable Premiums and Misleading Representations, Subcontract Act, etc.) (Ability to independently consider counterproposals during contract review and negotiation) - Experience in compliance-related work [Preferred Requirements] - Legal experience in a similar industry (games, entertainment, content business) - Legal experience at a listed company and experience dealing with governance (including board meetings and shareholder meetings) - Incident response (litigation experience is not required) |

[Salary Structure] - Full-time employees receive bonuses twice a year (performance-linked), with salary increases. - Fixed Overtime Pay: Fixed overtime pay equivalent to 45 hours per month is included in the monthly salary, with any excess paid separately. * Premium pay will be paid for overtime, holiday work, and late-night work in excess of the base number of working hours used to calculate fixed overtime pay. - Wage Notes: Annual salary will be determined based on skills, experience, and abilities, and will be determined in accordance with company regulations.
