Job Description [Recruitment Background]
In March 2021, Tokyu Construction Group announced its new corporate vision, "VISION2030," which calls for the expansion of its international business.
We are now hiring additional staff in line with the expansion of our ODA business.

[Mission]
Our International Business Division is receiving an increasing number of orders for overseas ODA projects. To steadily execute large-scale projects worth tens of billions of yen, it is essential to systematize construction work, which has previously been carried out on an individual basis, into "organizational knowledge" and create a system that can provide support across multiple projects.
Currently, much of our work relies on past experience and knowledge, and some aspects of schedule management and cost management remain black boxes.
Going forward, we will utilize digital transformation tools such as Primavera Cloud to visualize and standardize construction plans and schedule information, strengthening the organizational capabilities connecting headquarters and the field.
We are seeking an experienced individual to play a central role in this effort and contribute to the stable operation of projects and the development of organizational construction knowledge.

[Job Summary]
As a construction manager, you will be responsible for supporting construction planning, schedule management, and cost management for domestic and overseas ODA projects, while also providing cross-sectional support for multiple projects.

You will also be expected to promote initiatives to strengthen the organization's overall responsiveness by visualizing previously individualized aspects through digital transformation tools such as the cloud.

[Job Details]
- Guidance and support for schedule management, construction planning, and cost management for overseas projects
- Coordinating construction plans and problem-solving with JV partners and subcontractors
- Reporting and coordination between headquarters and overseas sites
- Visualizing and sharing process information using schedule management tools
- Standardizing construction work and horizontally deploying best practices

[Attractive Points of the Position]
1. Construction management skills for overseas projects
By providing cross-sectional support for schedule, construction planning, and cost management for ODA projects worth billions to tens of billions of yen, you will hone your international-level construction management skills.

② Gain experience in construction reform using digital transformation.

Utilizing the latest project management tools, such as Primavera Cloud, you will gain practical experience building a system that visualizes process and cost information, which has previously been a black box.

③ You will be able to work on a transformation from the traditionally personal on-site support role.

By converting the specialized knowledge and experience of veteran employees into organizational assets, standardizing construction management, and horizontally deploying it across multiple projects, you will be able to play a key role in the project to transform the on-site support role into a "central function connecting headquarters and the field."

④ Coordination skills with JVs and local partner companies.

By coordinating construction plans with overseas JV partners and subcontractors, you will hone your skills in working with multinational members and develop globally applicable negotiation and coordination skills.
