You will be responsible for a wide range of administrative tasks (accounting, human resources, general affairs, legal affairs, procurement, etc.) for the International Business Department's overseas projects, and will manage the projects through coordination with local offices and headquarters. [Recruitment Background] In March 2021, Tokyu Construction Group announced its new corporate vision, "VISION 2030," which calls for the expansion of its international business. We are now hiring additional staff in response to the expansion of our ODA business. [Mission] Promoting overseas ODA projects requires administrative tasks such as contract processing, expense management, procurement, and labor management. Building local office structures and strengthening governance are particularly important for infrastructure projects worth tens of billions of yen. As multiple large-scale projects move forward, it will be essential to have administrative personnel who can manage contracts, accounting, procurement, human resources, and general affairs across the board. In this position, you will first gain work experience in Japan, coordinating between headquarters and overseas bases, and in the future, be expected to oversee the administrative system at your overseas assignment. [Job Details] - Contract processing and withdrawal management with project clients - Subcontract contract management and payment management - Procurement, inventory management, transportation, and customs-related administrative work - Attendance and labor management for expatriates and local staff - Financial settlement and expense reimbursement - Regular reporting and data sharing with the headquarters Business Management Department - Administrative work specific to ODA projects (report preparation, audit response) [Career Overview] After joining the company, you will first gain experience in a wide range of administrative tasks, including accounting, general affairs, and legal affairs, at overseas bases in Japan, and acquire the skills necessary to work at Tokyu Construction. After that, you will be assigned to an overseas project (expectedly the Philippines for at least one year, then Bangladesh), where you will play a central role in supporting project operations while overseeing administrative tasks such as contracts, accounting, labor, and procurement on-site. Ultimately, you have the opportunity to manage overseas bases as an administrative manager or representative office manager, or to build a career leading the business from a management perspective as a domestic administrative department manager (subject to change based on experience). [Overseas Assignment Locations] Expected locations: Philippines, Bangladesh. After completing each project, you will move on to another project. [Until Overseas Assignment] You will participate in domestic projects and keep up with business developments. Afterward, you will be expected to be assigned overseas.
