| Job Description |
[Mission] You will be responsible for corporate sales to automakers (Toyota, Honda, and Nissan) at an authorized distributor of CITIC DICASTAL, the global leader in automotive aluminum wheels. Currently, new orders are steadily increasing in the domestic market, and the company plans to focus on responding to and expanding overseas projects in the future. During this growth phase, you will be involved in challenging work that supports the mobility industry by building relationships with major automakers and making proposals. [Specific Responsibilities] ■ Sales activities for automakers (focusing on existing customers) and problem-solving (cost reduction, low carbonization) ■ Strengthen customer relationships and provide sales support as a global manager for key accounts ■ Collect and analyze data necessary for departmental operational improvement, and propose and implement KPIs that serve as indicators of operational performance ■ Coordinate new product development and project progress within the team, and collaborate with relevant departments on delivery and quality issues ■ (Optional) Develop new business with Isuzu, Subaru, Suzuki, etc., and provide management support for the Thailand branch and Mexico warehouse operations ■ Handle price negotiations and delivery schedule adjustments with Chinese manufacturer CITIC Diecastell ■ The ratio of Chinese to Japanese usage is roughly 1:1, and communication proficiency in both languages is required.
